Wrangler Trail Rider

An innovative addition to the Bob Marshall trail saddles! The Wrangler was designed specifically for riders with gaited horses, but can also be used on all horses. It comes standard with a 5" cantle, which has been 'dished out' for your comfort. It will feel as comfortable as sitting in your recliner at home! It has a show pommel, more rounded at the top than a trail pommel, and the horn has been angled forward (away from your stomach, shirt, etc.). This horn is also a bit shorter than the usual horns on Bob Marshall saddles.

It also comes standard with larger D rings than the standard Bob Marshall saddles. For all of you who like more comfort and ride for hours at a time, this saddle is for you! You won't feel the effect of those long hours in the Wrangler.
Additionally, the rigging has been modified, compared to the endurance and the trail rider rigging, to now offer you a 'mini' slide bar rigging, which allows you to adjust your leg position yourself, but without the usual bulk found in a regular slide bar rigging. This saddle is a treat for heavier riders, too, and your comfort level was seriously considered when this saddle was designed. An all-around winner!
The Wrangler is also available in basic, smooth russet leather (untooled), border tooled or fully hand tooled, as well, just like all the other Bob Marshall trail riders and barrel racers, and will be priced at $100 more than their respective counterparts.
You can select either an endurance leather seat or a suede seat at no extra cost---your choice! Standard suede color choices are chocolate or toast, and endurance leather color choices are black or chocolate. PLEASE NOTE that the Wrangler runs close to 1/2" larger than regular Bob Marshall saddles. Call with any questions, and get your hands on one of these popular saddles today!

Border tooling: Basketweave, Diamond, 2-strand Barbed wire or Basketweave with Barbed Wire Edge.
Cheyenne roll on cantle (no silver lace).
Horn choices: 3” leather covered or rawhide braided (+$25).
3” hand laced leather stirrups.
Silver conchos and carriers (may vary from illustration).
Medium oil finish.
